I have but non state weather you can use gel over the top x

Yes, if you are stamping with gel polish, apply your stamp after curing colour coats then topcoat as usual. Or many of us topcoat first, stamp, and then topcoat again to protect the colour in case you make a mistake and want to wipe off the stamp and do it again.

Can moyou polish be cured? Or does it dry in its own?

Moyou stamping polish is dry by the time it's stamped on the nail and doesn't need cured x

I had to prime my moyou stamper a few times until I got it to work. YouTube again. I lightly buffed the stamper then wiped with acetone, let it dry then try stamping. if it's still not picking up the polish properly then prime again until the stamper works. Maybe someone else can advise differently tho x
