I've been asked by a client for ear and nostril waxing. I have never done this before, I've watched lots of videos but do you need training to be covered under insurance to carry out these treatments.

When I was doing my training I was told that that there are only three areas you shouldn't wax.... Your lashes your nostrils and your ears, the hairs there are to protect your body. I know you see barbers do this all the time but it honestly makes my cringe

You would need training for those areas ...advanced waxing course.

Yes you can wax nostrils and ears and it's actually a really popular treatment but you need training to ensure you know how to do it to avoid hurting your client as those areas are quite sensitive
