You haven't mailed me because if you had I would tell you all to get off your high horse this was in the hair bit an I simply recommended something and no I wouldn't take offence if they came up with an idea and then I done my proper consultation and came up with and idea and I understand why this industry is called the cattiest. You all came on with a negative standoffish attitude.

It might also help in the future if you read the post before giving answers. The OP stated in the first line "I'm not a hair pro" - that's pretty clear don't you think that she didn't need full product information. Just saying....
