I agree go back and tell them this isn’t what you wanted. Give them a chance to rectify it. You want new hair that’s an exact match to your own colour. If they can’t provide you with that then ask for a full refund. Good luck!

The plastic nanos are a nightmare. If u use euphoria one theirs have metal which is really easy to fit. Get the silicone lined rings though, the smaller size too they sit better against the metal xx

I just think they are too high. If u hair have for volume ( your own length ) then they can be right in the middle of the head away from hairline/parting and the top section will more than cover it. Easy fix, remove and just put lower down. Keep to the 2 rows close together then minimal surface...

Don’t worry , most clients expect to pay a deposit and you can mention it as part of your consultation so there’s no surprises. Even put a section on the bottom of your aftercare sheet? Terms of business.. cancellation fees etc.

Prebonds already have the glue attached ( they can be nail tips or flat tips) and the hot fusion is where you apply your own glue. Better as like extensions1 said you can blend colours together and also make them as small as you like x

You need to just inform the salon. It may be that not enough hair was pack into those rings or your own hair wasn’t prepared properly and some residue in it had caused them to slip. I’m sure the salon will be happy to rectify the issue for you if you let them know. X
