    Level 5 Colour Touch ginger

Hi All, I find ginge guys very hot, especially with blue eyes which I have. What Wella mixes do you recommend? I am thinking of 5/75 with 0/33. This is for my hair not a client Any other ideas? Thanks, Jake x

    Grey hair help?

I have used 8/81 a lot and i agree JJH93 you need a pure palest yellow base or it won't take Re lift, then tone with 1:1 ratio of CT 8:81 and 4% intensive. I find 1:2 isn't strong enough often. Keep watching it but you want that sexy sexy silver to GRAB! Lol

    Advice on hair please

Medications , contraceptive pills can all cause thinning of the hair. I does look like your hair has thinned out. Wouldn't be new growth. It may just thin a little and stop. It happens as we age You can buy great Hair Vitamins in Tesco , maybe see if that helps

    Hair colour help

Its not mixing the bleach and developer that's difficult, it's knowing how to choose the correct developer and timing so you don't snap off the clients hair!

    Balayage help please

Hi All, I am doing a subtle balayage from a natural flat level 5 which she wants going to a warm 8/3. Would you use a high lift with 40 vol on this, and which is best to achieve warmth? 12/89? Or would you bleach with 10 vol and tone with pastel ? I prefer not to use bleach with Balayage...

What's the best toner/colour to get silver grey hair?

Renbow Colorissimo from Italy is great , comes in 4 Grey shades and can be used to tint, lift or tone, according to 1:1 or 1:2 ratio and vol of peroxide. the pic of me is blue slate, but i bleached to pale yellow so not as blue. I buy it online, colour is fab! I've not heard good things about...

I hate efiles and drillls. Too often they are over used and thin the nail bed unnecessarily

Getting back in a salon after a break

On a flat virgin base of say 6/0, Blondor and 3% 12/89 and 9% 9/16 and 12% I find these process evenly, at similar speeds and create a natural looking blend of blondes. I don't usually tone the bleach as by the time i've done a full head it is palest yellow. If from root to ends there is...
