Hi there I have been using nano keratin treatment in my salon, and it's been few years using same straightner when I bought from them. Now I change supplyer and they don't sell straightner for treatment. Anyone any idea which straightner I can use with keratin treatment?

I just found out my last telephone bill shows unrecognised number called from salon and they charged me extra £23!! I spoke to customer service for my phone company. they didn't help first but they call me back and canceled charge as I never dial that number. Also managed block not outgoing call...

I am trying Redken Chemistry shot phase treatment. So far I am very happy with all soft treatment. But I haven't try other ones, anybody use in salon treatment with them? Is extream treatment better than all soft? and how much you guys charge?Or any suggestion salon treatment?

Thank you everyone, I don't think I will have business with them as I am not interesting selling perfume in hairdressing salon. But in the future if I am interesting I will consider everyone's opinion. It was such strange way they approach me, ( I am not impressed this way )

Clients are NOT always right . I am very respect all my clients and trying make them happy but if they dont respect what you do, we are all human being. Taking advantage? Depend on what they did or what they want we can treat them as a queen or a princess but they gve you queen or princess...
