I just found out my last telephone bill shows unrecognised number called from salon and they charged me extra £23!!
I spoke to customer service for my phone company. they didn't help first but they call me back and canceled charge as I never dial that number.
Also managed block not outgoing call same number again.
Then I checked google and found people have same problem same number, they said link to card machine connect keep updated terminal.
Anyone have use Spire payment??? number belonging to this company.
am still waiting what they reply me .
And now every time I switch on machine they says failed update, as I block the number( money transaction is normal not affect clients payment)
What shall I do next? do I need change to payment machine company? Anyone recommend which card payment is good?
