Yeah, Clinique is like paint stripper. Usage of alcohol in their products really dries out the skin. Depends on your budget really, and like you said you do get what you pay for. The main products you need are a good cleanser, maybe you could get a two in one cleanser toner? And a good...

Because above the eyebrow is the natural shape. You can obviously move stray ones if they are like in the forehead but I wouldn't if you are going to be taking from the top. X
