One of my friends is a dark auburn (slightly lighter in summer!) and we use bleach on her and it really does take a long time to lift up! I just go in with 6% and wait! Then tone after!
If clients ask me to buy a product for them I do go out and get it and perhaps charge an extra pound but only for the petrol cost-sounds petty but I realised after a while it does drain your petrol going back and forth!

I've emailed and spoken to the lady who runs the course and apparently it's four stages! Including a written essay and final 'test' as it were...both are 85% of passing so was slightly worried...what happens if you don't pass?! But like you said if you just want to be the best may as well just...
Hi! Has anyone here ever been on/completed the Wella colour degree? I only ask as I'm seriously considering it (but am self employed!) and wondered if there were any real career benefits?
