0.8g Stick tip hair help

Hi Ladies,

I've been using 0.8g hair lately with 5mm silicone lined micro rings or shrink tubes but am finding that the tips are too thick to fit in the ring/tube.
Anyone else have this problem? If so what do you do to combat this?
