121 training?

Would I be able to have 121 training. I have NVQ Level 2 Nail Services and I am currently doing my Level 3.

Would I still be able to have 121 training even though I haven't finished my Level 3 yet? This is due to be finished next June.

We are using NSI products but I am interested in trying the Creative training.
