1920s up style

My Christmas party is tomorrow night and it's 1920s formal fancy dress. I have all the outfit and props but am looking for you ideas for my hair, which is long and straight. I have one of those headbands with feather to wear and was thinking a side parting, up style, with loose curls pinned to the side? I'm really interested to hear your suggestions [emoji4]

I did one for a great gatsby party a while ago, I curled the hair then used a really nice necklace like a headband and wrapped the hair around it to create a soft rolled effect with waves at the front. was really easy to do as well, I looked on Pinterest and found a tutorial there which gave me the idea.
