Does anyone know if you can get water based ones? I have some by Spangles and Stargazer but to be honest don't like them very much nor the fact they need to be removed with polish remover When mistakes are made!!! :irked:
Thanks

Are the Nubar ones water based?

Hi Cherubs, I use Millenium nails 2 way nail art pens. They have a range of about 70 odd colours, all are water based as far as I am aware. Oh and they are really really nicely priced. Hope this helps??
