2 weeks rent free per year

Hi,

Im hoping someone can help me, someone advised me today that I am entitled to 2 weeks free rent a year. I really cant see this, as I dont imagine the shop landlord gives 2 weeks free rent to the person who has taken the lease on his shop.

I rent space for nails from a hair dresser. Has anyone every heard of this or is it total rubbish.
