Hi,
I just recently got my hard gel nails removed and the lady left a few layers on tip of nails so they won’t hurt with cold and warm water. But as the week progresses, I notice those layers are peeling a bit. I don’t want to pick but can I use a 3 way nail buffer?
im currently using cnd solar oil 3x per day and Ella and milla nail strengthener every other day.
Thanks

Anyone plllease?? :)

The reason to leave a thin layer is so you don't file into the nail plate, putting it at risk of damage.
The fact you are using cuticle oil is great.
With the lifting you could use a 240grit buffer (very fine) to gently remove the lift.
Anything more course and you might risk damage if done incorrectly.
