3d nail art and mixing glitter into powder

im wanting to do 3d nail art but was wondering if there was anyway of teaching myself and what tools would i need?

and also was wanting to no about mixing glitter into my acrylic owder i use nsi acrylic stuff

if anyone could help me that would be great thanks alot xx

I noticed from your profile that your based in Doncaster. Which imo is fab as Jo Shirley is on your door step, and if anyone knows how to do 3d art its this lady.

How about mixing glitter in with acrylic powder? What tools do I need for 3d nail art? Anyone help me
