40th birthday help!

Hey all,

was just wondering did anyone have any ideas for me. We are going out for a meal this evening for my brothers 40th but he is a diabetic (the insulin dependant kind) and we cant get a cake for him. Any ideas what we could get the chief to bring out for him for a laugh?

How about a 'cocktail'? Even if its a pint of water or whatever he's drinking for the night with sparklers, fruit and an umbrella in it? Or a big pork pie with a couple of candles in it? Hope you all have a fab night
