7.1 goes brassy red

My client used Wella 7.1 hair color on what was most likely a 4. When it pulled red she experimented with an ash purple toner. She wants no red/orange and is looking for a natural dark blonde with medium golden highlights. All to look like the hair has never been dyed...

First of all did your client use it or did you use it? Secondly what level does she want to acheive with the overall colour and what level with the highlights
