.8g hair extensions

Hi everyone,

I generally use .8g hair extensions and have been reading through many other posts regarding different suppliers of the hair. However, I tend to buy 200 strands of the .8g hair, admittedly i do tend to have some hair left over but i just wondered what the general feeling was regarding the amount of bonds needed for a full head with .8g hair. I appreciate this can vary with the thickness of the clients hair also but just wondered what your general rule of thumb was.

I use 150 to 200 strands of 0.8g 18 inch lush us hair depending on thickness of course x

If you buy 200 strands how many do you normally use?

I go off weight so normally put about 120/140g in. This normally works out between 150/180 strands.

I still tend to buy 200 strands so i have enough for top ups without having to place another order later on.

It depends on the clients hair (thickness and length) I use between 150-250 X
