A good complementing treatment with tanning

hope my title made sense .
Not been on here for ages but ive been tanning for 7 years - and I have done nails in past but i just dont have the passion or time for them especially as i run another business too.
im looking for a good treatment i can do , along side tanning that will compliment it well.

Any ideas would be greatly appriciated

yes this is what ive been looking in to - i also do gel nails but since having my son i stopped because of the time it takes but want to up my treatments , thank you
