Acrylic on this nail?

So a girl I know wants me to do her acrylics, one of her nails looks like this...



What acrylic method would you do? I was thinking of sculpting but I'm not sure all the other nails are normal she said the nail places just paint it the same but I don't think this would look good x

You could sculpt but with nails that grow in that clawed shape they really need to be kept fairly short and will definitely need no longer than 2-3 weekly maintenance.
