My salon was freezing this morning and i had extentions to do straight away and noticed that it took longer for the acrylic to set

any one else have probs today coz of the weather

I have found this past week that it has been taking longer to set. ITs great fromy white's, means i still have time to tweak them but the pink has been a nightmare. I tried placing the bottle of monomer between my thighs to warmit up but there was no difference..lol

sounds a bit saucy debbie lol

I know but i didn't know what else to do...lol

do what i do gals. get yourself down to argos and buy a heated pad. they cost about £16 and they are like a mini electric blanket with a washable cover and 2 heat settings. put it on your manicure cushion and cover it with couch roll. no more cold hands, no more slow set,and it feels totaly luxurious for manicures as well. your clients will love you and your work will be easier, the best £16 you will ever spend !
