Acrylic v Gel or both?

I've just completed my NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy and looking to add on to my treatments - in particular nail enhancements.

Would you recommend doing a course in both or just one and can you recommend which courses?

Personally, I prefer gel's but obviously want to cater for everyone's taste!

So far I've looked at Calgel, CND and Bio Sculpture and the NABS course...

Hi,

I did a nail course in June and just had my mind set on learning gels. After the first day I decided to learn acrylic too. I'm glad I did as gel isn't for everyone, I wish I had learnt fibreglass and silks too. I think it's nice to be able to offer different systems, and one system will not suit all.
