help help help!! ive seen this done before on nails and i was curious if anyone knows what im talking about?! and if so - do you know of any tutorials or videos on how to do it?

Might help if you describe what you are talking about I for one haven't got a clue, but as english isn't my first language I't could be a translation problem...
