Additions manicure

Can any one help me, I have seen the picture attached and it is described as an additions manicure and would love to know what it is, I vaguely remember reading about Shellac additions but didn't think they were here yet:?:

I am not sure either ...I think possiblely they are pigments ...hopefully someone will enlighten us ?

As the pic contains a bottle of Gelish I don't think it will be Shellac.
Possibly a Gelish manicure using mica powders or pigments to give this look.

CND are bringing out a range of pigments called Additives soon, but I don't think it has been launched here in the UK yet.
