Advice for my friend

Hi All

My friend has an opputunity to rent a chair for 3 days a week costing her £115.00 for the 3 days.

She has asked me if this good, And I honeslty do not know as I am doing a 45/55 split to me where I work. Now she has no clients at the moment and will need to advertise to get some.
So I thought I would come to you guys for help and see what you think of this.
