Advice on colour please

A client has sent me a photo of her hair now and says she would like to grow her colour out . I would normally do full at of highlights and tone but I have highlighted her in the past and looks fine when I finish it but she doesn’t blow dry it herself so tends to look dry even though it isn’t if that makes sense . I use majirel and dia colours

What I would do is use a colour remover and then salt and pepper her . After rinsing tone her with something ash depending on the level of lift and send her home with a silver shampoo, a conditioner that will make her hair smoother and a smoothing cream if possible. Hope that helps.

I would efassor then see what result you achieve and use 9.21 and 9.11 in richesse if you get it to a level 9
