My client has very dark tinted hair, around a 3 with an inch of natural regrowth. Her natural colour is base 7
There is a fair amount of build up of tint to n the mid lengths and ends and she wants to go as light as possible, with a pink toner on. She is prepared to have a large amount cut off so her hair would then be in a shoulder length bob. Any advise on how to do this is appreciated please, thank you.

Hey! I would do a deep cleanse to remove that tint see how light that goes then work from there. It will probably be a gradual process working your way up to a lighter base and probably won’t be done in one session. I’d also explain pinks tend to fade really quick so she’d need to top it up at home Inbetween appointments! Xx

Use a colour reducer if the 3 was an oxidising tint. Bleach up to a 9/10, tone out the yellow then apply target pink.
