Advice on how to achieve this grey, help please

I'm trying to achieve this look but am still to find a colour/toner that achieves this look - does anyone have any recommendations?

Have a white base!!! And wella 2parts 7/18 and 1 part 10/16 at the root. Then a 10/8 and 10/16 to tone bottom X

Redken has the T series that will give that tone, so does Compagnia del Colore they have a Light Grey drabber you could use and Matrix has the Color Sync SPA + 10P would give this tonality.
