Hey everybody, I have a client with 100% White, natural hair. She wants me to introduce some darker grey lowlights in her hair.... Any advice on any of your faves would be gratefully received. I've heard Schwartzkopt Dkate Grey is nice, but its a toner? I need something permanent.
