Advice on how to cope with negativity

The more time we spend faffing about perusing Pinterest and other social media sites , the less time we allow to actually spend doing the job , so we can actually do the job to the best of our ability! Sigh [emoji17] or is it just me !

Elle Bella it's not just you... like I said I'm newly qualified AND addicted to Pinterest (a dangerous combination). Pinterest at least taught me that you can hold your jeans zip up with a key ring. So when I annoy hairdressers I can do it in my 2002 Levi jeans xx
