Advice please

Hi all,

I have a client who is wanting to let her hair go grey, she likes her hair where it has turned white but is still a dark grey in areas so wants me to blend these through and lighten them. The ends are currently around base 9. I think she said the previous salon had done a full head of highlights with bleach and toned. Just wondering whether you could share any other ideas thanks
