Good morning my lovely geeks!
Looking for a wee bit of advice.
Starting to have a bit of a mad freak out as to what I'll be doing with the salon once wee bubba's here - going to try work up to as close to due date as i can manage and limit time off to a minimum but that would be provided everything goes ok ie no c-section.
At the moment, I cant afford to employ anyone so do you think taking someone on on a petcentage basis would work? I'd supply all the products/equipment needed and can also send the person on Dermalogica training.
I was thinking 60/40 split (60% to me) but stipulate in their contract that they cant poach any od my clients (my main concern)
Anyhoo...i've know someone who is qualified and went back to college to do her HND (think course finishes in the summer) i've known her best part of 10 years and she was also one of the students who came in to the salon for her work experience placement.
What do you guys think?
