I'm going to a clients tomorrow and I've Bing highlighting her hair and it is quite ash. She's wanting to go all over blonde now so I am going to use 12/117 on her roots but what advise would you give to tone the ends the same and put a bit of warmth into the ends although she is worrying about being yellow.. But doesn't want to look older being the grey look! Any advise
