i did a french manicure on my mum using my airbrush and within a few days it had already yellowed really bad.im using medea paints with there base and top coat,i also applied a uv blocker over the top but it still didnt help.
has anyone got any ideas on what i could do instead?
do you think putting a layer of gel on e.g glaze n go would help?
thanks for any replies.

In my experience glazengo over polish won't work, the polish just crackles and spoils. Could it be that she has come into contact with bleach or household chemical or something which has reacted with the top coat? Could it be exposure to sunbeds? Is it all fingers or just some of them?

hi blossom,no she hasnt come into contact with any house hold chemicals and she doesnt use sunbeds.its on all fingers.i never had this problem when i used gel and the uv blocker is the same one that ive always used.
ive just done my mums nails and i have applied glaze n go over the top so i will let you know how it goes.xx
anymore ideas?

Old top coat?

im sure it wasnt but i will try a new one just incase.x
anymore suggestions?

I had the same problem with Medea paints. Apparently it is because they are acrylic based. I started using Magnetic airbrush paints and they were water based and were great.
