Has anyone else had any problems with them?

Received their catalogue with Scratch and placed an order with them over 2 weeks ago and not heard or received anything. Emailed them last week, no reply. Received their catalogue through the post yesterday so they must have received the order to know my address, emailed them again this morning and still not heard anything.

Bank statement not through yet so I'm not sure if they have debited any money.

Just wondering if this is the kind of service to expect?

i've never had problems with them and always found the products and service good. why dont you phone them and then you can find out whats going on.

Not had chance to phone, or not during working hours anyway. I know that's the obvious way to sort it out but in the mean time was just wondering if this is par for the course.

Haven't ordered from Alan Roy in yonks, but I never had a problem with them when I did, always first rate service.
