Girls my head,s wrecked. I'm not a hairdresser but I do my own hair a lot. Here's my quick story.

I have brown hair naturally. I got balyage done last year and wanted to go back to brown. Went to hairdressers and they dyed it brown but was too dark.

Went to a different hairdressers and they did a bleach bath and I told them I didn't want any red tones at all just a nice neutral brown.
Low and behold I have brown hair with red tones

Can anyone please help I'm so sick looking at it especially in daylight.

Brown hair naturally has red as an undertone so after bleach bathing the hair, they should have toned it with a cool brown toner as bleaching exposes the underlying pigments, in this case red.
Sounds like you need to find a good hairdresser who really understands colour.
Most hairdressers learn the basics but not many continue their education and focus on advanced colouring and colour techniques.
Just applying any old brown colour isn’t the solution as you need a green toned brown.
You could look for someone who has completed a Master Colourist programme.
