Firstly I am sorry for asking so many questions on here but I am still learning and find the answers and support from you guys so helpful.

I have a bride coming in who wants her nails done for her wedding. She wants the bridal minx on her toes. I wanted to to a french gel soak off on her fingers with some nail art to make sure it lasts a decent amount of time. I really like the Konad stamps and have thought of a few designs incorporating the stamps and some freehand nail art to complement the minx on her toes. Now comes my dilemma can I wipe off the dispersion layer, then do my nail art and then put the uv topcoat on after or won't it stick anymore due to the stickyness being gone? Also would the nail art bubble up as it does with polish and uv top coat?

Yes, you can wipe off the dispersion layer, place your konad stamps and any other handpainted art you want down (as long as you don't cover the entire nail), once the art is dry--I prefer to lay down a very thin layer of clear overlay gel, cure, then a tackless sealer. Sometimes if you just lay down the sealer over the art it could flake off a little.
