Does anyone here use Anthony Braden Cosmetics?

Looking to retail something cheaper than Mac because although I get 30% off MAC I have to sell it at full price to make a profit!

Is it any good? Does it last? How strongs the pigment?

Thanks

Funny - I was just talking about this to another geek.

I have used it for years and think its lovely - loads of choice in colours and similar quality to mac.

Trouble is the company don't have a website and don't seem to actively market the product - so its virtually unknown by the public.
But to use for make-ups - the products are good.

Perhaps there are a few bits that arn't as good as some.

But for me - the liners, shadows, prep products (primers) and lip colours are very good - one of my fave products is brush on brow - 3 shades of brow shadows and the brush is angled for perfect brows. Shimmer powders (for proms) concealer all shades (lilac, yellow and green as well as natural colours) Brushes - mine are still going strong and had them years.

Not so good - are the liquid to powder foundation (seperated and went lumpy) mascaras - nowt special - glosses - no fragrance.

Hyperion used to distribute AB - I renamed it ABC (Anthony Braden Cosmetics) because the name is so pants for make up. It sounds like some Foundation / Charity  IMHO anyway!

Lipliners and eyepencils great. Gloss too sticky and foundations horrible.... they seperated and went lumpy. It just wasn't good at all. They have no marketing and don't seem to do anything for their customers. I would suggest a company that has a marketing campaign to the trade and possibly consumer.

There was also 3 types of packaging - no consistency in the look which was dated compared to what you see now! Hope this helps!

Just had a look on website.
My fave prods are still there but some arn't.

Wouldn't say it looks particularly flash. But some of the prods are very good. Some not. Which is why I use other products too.

I flatly refuse to use them because they never acknowledged three enquiries I put through!

Try ArtDeco....its a very nice range, and well priced. I've been very happy with my products!
