Hi was wondering if anyone had advice for me? iam going to work in a tanning salon to do nails along side another 2 techs who use backscratchers extreme acrylic system i use creative and will be offering sculpts, tip and overlay and poppits, the problem is up untill now whenever a client called to make an appointment there was no diferent sytems to choose between but now the girls on reception are confused as what to say to clients when they call to make an app so iam wondering how should they word it when they are telling cleints the different systems without confusing them, how will they explain the difference between the sculpts and overlays and the benefits of each?
