Anyone using quickbooks, help?

I'm using the trial and it keeps reminding me to connect my bank. I'm with Barclays and have typed in my membership code as requested then it asks for pin code and password or enter null if logging in with pinsentry.
But I can't get any further forward after entering the membership number?
