Are qualifications okay in other countries?

Basically as the title says, like would my ah Francis eyelash qualifications be okay say in Spain or America or whatever?xx

Hi, I would check with the consulate of whichever country you are thinking to work in. In some of EU, (in Italy for sure) you need to be a qualified beauty therapist with state recognised qualifications (ie NVQ L3 + / ITEC L3 + / CIBTAC-CIDESCO ) before you can carry out treatments, lashes may be considered a specialised certificate taken after initial beauty therapy training. it often works differently from the UK, check that your qualifications are recognised for conversion in the country. Am not sure about Spain but in the US I believe you need a licence which varies depending on which state you are in. Hope this helps. x

In the US, requirements vary state to state. You can check with the state board of the state you are interested in.

I noticed there was a lady posting on here who is based in Spain, there must be a few but she to do with CND, I can't think what she is called but I will try and look back and see if I can find her, she would be able to tell you about Spain x
