Does any 1 no a good book for aromatherapy that tells you what blends work for the clients needs and what oils blend well together

Hi, sorry, I can't actually help you, but I'm interested to know if anyone has a favourite book, too :)
I trained in aromatherapy years ago and haven't done much recently, but want to get my notes out again and brush up my knowledge...a good text book would be nice :)
Ideas, anyone?

hey im very newly (nearly) qualified but ive been using holistic therapy by francesca gould and i really like it. if your familiar with your blend circle (i think thats what its called) then its brilliant x

Hi,
I would seriously recommend "Aromatherapy essential oils in colour" by Rosemary Caddy, I always refer to it, it's absolutley brilliant. Another one I refer to a lot is "Aromatherapy therapy and basics" by Helen McGuinness.
Both really useful books and so easy to make up blends from reading them...xXx

Renee Tanner is also a fantastic writer, I also like Patricia Davis too. Are you an aromatherapist too ?

my two must haves are

The directory of essential oils by Wanda Sellar
and
The Fragrant Pharmacy by Valerie Ann Worwood

the first one is a classic text book and doesn't have blends but tell you EVERYTHING you need to know about an individual oil.
the second one is more of a blend book but be warned, she does tend to use about 6 oils in every blend, and their is always one that you don't have! I use her book as a guide only and don't follow her blends to the tea. I own 30+ oils and she still stumps me everytime but at the beginning of her recipes she does list suggested oils first.
