Artistic Rock Hard LED gel

Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone else uses the rock hard gel by artistic and if you could give me any tips or advice on how to use it. I'm having real difficulty with this gel. All prep work is being done correctly, remove shine from nail bed, buff, dehydrate and prep but the extensions are still lifting and coming away after just a few days. I used to use nsi and didn't have any problems. It's really knocking my confidence with them and I'm a bit stuck on where to go/what to do! Any advice would be great. Thankyou X

Are you thoroughly cleansing before dehydrating and removing cuticle from the nail plate? And are you using the Artistic Opening Act primer?
