hi everybody
Does anybody know a web add.for a template for making my own consultation sheet ,in can`t seem to find onebeen looking everywhere! I also need to design and make my own massage room, does anybody have any idears or know a design template i can use for that? Any help will be very much appreciatet

And I dont think you'll find a template for the massage room. However, I'm sure IKEA used to have room designer software that you can download. How appropriate it'll be I dont know...but it might help

When I've been in a fix, I use either MS Word or Publisher. As for the room layout I think Dulux have something similar to what Carl said.

Agree use word or publisher for the consultation sheet - it's dead easy, all you need to do is create a table and fill in the relevant rows for whatever information you need.
