Hmm, I used to leave mine in the car when he was asleep to nip and pay for petrol, buy a coffee, post a letter etc.

People used to leave prams outside shops not that many years ago.

I refuse to live life in fear of 'what if'.
Bad things do happen but you can't mitigate against everything.
