Hey hoping someone out there can help me,
I had a client last Tuesday who I've done her hair a couple of times now she previously went to another colourist and had a 5 bv , the client hates any warmth, it came out more like a 5 yo, she came back to me I put a 5 with a bit of 6 as I worried it might go a little to dark and bg on her hair it still came out a bit warm, a few weeks later she came back she said it was still a bit warm so I did the 5 with a bit of 6 doubled the bg and added pure green she's saying its still too warm and I am now a bit stuck as to what to do next I would ask another stylist but the only other stylist in tomorrow is newly qualified hopefully an Aveda colour expert is out there! thankyou in advance.
