Average price for a nail room

Looking at renting a nail space / room in a nail bar..... what is the average price per week / month? and procedure??

Where I live Victoria BC I have seen someone rent a space for 500$ a month, I have also seen doing a 50/50 for the room.

I'm located close to Bath and paying £125.00 a week. Nothing is supplied to me at all. The only draw back is I did'nt have a contract ready so before anything make one out so you don't have people acting like they own you and your services. That has been the biggest drawback in renting space.
