Balance Gel

Has anyone else had a problem with NSI Balance Gel smelling strongly of Monomer? Ive used this gel for years and never had a problem until today, my new pot smells really strongly of monomer so much so that my clients are asking whether im using acrylic and my salon now smells! NSI say they have not had any other complaints and are their usual unhelpful selves. Think it may be time for a change! Ive compared the new and older pots and its definately contaminated, any help much appreciated:twisted:

Please PM me so I can help. If you have a batch number on the container, I would be happy to look into this and also see about getting some replacement product. I don't know who you spoke with at NSI, but I will concur that this is a first complaint for me on this issue as well. Doesn't mean we can't look into it and make a long-time Balance customer happy.
