Beauty rent help!

Hey geeks!

I own a hair salon and a lot of clients have been asking if we do nails/makeup etc. I'm thinking of getting a friend of mine to rent a space in the salon (I already work with her at weddings etc)

What sort of rent is reasonable?

depends on the area your in, we're I live the going rate is £60 a week, but the further south you go the rent seems to get higher, averaging £20/£25 a day

I rent a room in a salon in Liverpool the average rent here is around £25 a day xxx
